I am an associate and solicitor-advocate in London, advising clients on matters involving commercial litigation, international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with a focus on the financial services, media & entertainment, technology & communications and retail & consumer sectors.

I have broad experience advising clients on high-value, complex and cross-border matters concerning commercial and corporate contracts and relationships.

I have acted for clients on a variety of disputes in the English High Court and Court of Appeal and have experience in assisting clients with a wide range of interim relief applications, including freezing injunctions, asset disclosure orders and anti-suit injunctions, as well as assisting with the enforcement of Court judgments worldwide.

I have also represented clients in numerous international arbitration proceedings under various arbitral rules (including LCIA, SIAC and LMAA), as well as other forms of ADR including settlement meetings and mediation.

• Assisted a large technology client in relation to the implementation of a contract for national emergency network.
• Acted for and advised an international bank in relation to a US$1bn international fraud claim.
• Acted for clients in the Court of Appeal in relation to a sale contract dispute.
• Acted for clients in LCIA arbitration proceedings, which culminated in a 13-day hearing, concerning a claim for US$80m.
• Assisted clients with enforcement of unpaid arbitration awards and Court judgments, which included securing worldwide freezing injunctions and asset disclosure orders to assist with enforcement.
