About Me

I'm an associate in our International HR Services group in Denmark, specialising in labour and employment law issues, both nationally and internationally. In addition, I am a member of our Media, Entertainment and Sport sector, where I primarily focus on sports.

As an employment lawyer in Bird & Bird's International HR team, I have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in employment-related matters within a number of the firm's key sectors. My work includes among other things advice related to transactions, mass redundancies, and reorganisation. I advise employers on the legal aspects of these complex processes, including compliance with relevant Danish employment laws and local CBAs. My expertise also includes negotiation and drafting of executive contracts, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, handbook, policies and severance packages.

In the case of transactions, I have advised clients on the employment-related implications and risks of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Similarly, in the case of mass redundancies, I have provided guidance on the legal requirements that employers must follow to ensure that the process is fair and compliant with relevant laws.

My experience within employment-related matters also includes advising clients on the negotiation and drafting of executive contracts, employment contracts, consultancy agreements, non-compete agreements, and severance packages. Through my legal guidance, I help my clients navigate the complexities of these processes, and provide them with efficient and effective legal solutions tailored to their specific needs.

I aim to be proactive and to have a positive, constructive and open dialogue with our clients. I believe that clients get the most valuable work when I - on the basis of their specific company - provide them with honest and realistic guidance in relation to their specific matter.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2018 as a part of my junior associate program and graduated the bar exam in 2022. The thing I enjoy the most about being an associate is providing our clients with valuable assistance and guidance and to see how our collaboration between borders and jurisdictions can solve different types of employment-related issues to our international clients.
