As an associate in our International HR Services Group in Düsseldorf, I advise our domestic and international clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

I advise clients on individual contractual issues, such as those arising from the drafting of employment contracts and within the course of separation proceedings. I also advise our clients on collective employment law, such as corporate and operational co-determination.

Before joining Bird & Bird as a lawyer, I have completed my legal training in Wuppertal, during which I was able to gather further experience by working at in the legal department of a German public bank as well as at the Regional Labour Court in Düsseldorf.
