Nona Keyhani

I am an associate in the Commercial group based in our Dubai office, and I'm part of the Tech &
Comms, Media & Entertainment and Sport teams in the Middle East. My experience involves work across a range of sectors and industries with a particular focus on technology, data privacy and digital transformation.

I advise clients on local and international Technology and Data Protection matters, with particular expertise on global and European data privacy compliance, including privacy impact assessments, cross-border transfers of personal data, incident breaches, direct marketing and development of internal and external policies. I have assisted with the implementation of privacy compliance programmes for an array of clients across different sectors, including assessing data flows, preparing gap analysis and providing practical guidance to ensure full GDPR compliance.

Prior to joining our firm, I qualified at a US law firm in London and have experience working in-house at a global investment bank, one of the 'Big Four' accounting firms and a leading commercial broadcaster in the UK before relocating to the United Arab Emirates in 2021. I am admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.
