About Me

As an associate in our Intellectual Property Practice Group I advise both national and international clients in particular on all issues of trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition law from our Munich office. I also have experience in the area of dispute resolution and data protection law.

I advise clients from a variety of different sectors such as automotive, media, sports and telecommunications in the field of intellectual property.

I studied Law at the University of Konstanz with a focus on competition and intellectual property law and I spent a semester abroad at the Universidad de Salamanca in Spain.

During my legal clerkship in Konstanz, I had a stay at The German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer and worked at an international law firm in Hamburg and Alicante in the Intellectual Property Practice Group.

After my legal clerkship, I worked for four years as a lawyer in the TMC (Technology, Media & Communication) and in the Dispute Resolution practice group of an international law firm in Stuttgart, where I gained particular experience in litigation. During this time I also wrote my PhD on a topic related to data protection and competition law.
