About Me
I am a Junior Associate in the ESG and Environmental Law team in the Energy & Utilities practice, specialising in environmental law and ESG.
Since 2018 I have been advising and assisting corporate clients with respect to investment processes, financing, M&A transactions and more.I assist businesses with compliance matters, and conduct legal due diligence projects, with a special focus on environmental law and ESG. I advise on obtaining, changing, transferring, and cancelling administrative permits, including building permits and licenses.
I take a proactive approach to advice that considers the specific needs of individual businesses and the expected result. I believe it is possible to achieve the goals of sustainable development and the ESG transformation for the benefit of businesses.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience at several leading international law firms.
