I am a junior associate in the Bird & Bird's Intellectual Property and Dispute Resolution department in the Madrid office.
My practice in the firm involves the litigation and integrated legal advice in aspects mostly related to retail & fashion, food & beverage, new technologies and entertainment industries, among others. We accompany our clients in the protection of its intangible assets, covering different IP rights such as copyright, trademarks, designs, trade secrets or unfair competition.My expertise equally involves the legal advice in respect to handling negotiations and offering strategic advice to national and international clients across various jurisdictions. Our team is composed by great professionals covering every aspect of the IP world: prosecution, litigation, legal advice, data protection, etc. We always support our clients with innovative and complete solutions to protect their interests in an ecosystem of profound change that in turn invites us to always stay updated and prepared.
