As an intellectual property and technology attorney, I help tech innovators and traditional businesses protect their IP assets and navigate through digital regulation.

The key areas of my expertise cover software law, digital transactions, copyrights, and trademarks. Within my practice, I advise technology-oriented companies such as software developers, fin-tech and cryptocurrency service providers, and e-commerce platforms on product licensing and development, as well as on related regulatory issues. I also specialise in providing strategic consultancy on brand protection and in representing clients in trademark disputes. Further, I have extensive experience with complex settlements of copyrights and personality rights, primarily for clients in the Tech & Comms, Media, and Entertainment industries.

Being admitted to practice law in the Czech Republic and Florida, I focus on projects with global reach where I leverage my knowledge of both EU and US legal systems. I have been involved in numerous cross-border contract negotiations and have coordinated several multi-jurisdictional trademark disputes. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked in law offices in Prague and Miami in teams specialising in IP/IT as well as M&A, Corporate, and Commercial law.
