I am a junior associate in the Intellectual Property team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2019, specialising in trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and matters involving unfair competition.

I work with Polish and foreign entities from various sectors, including the pharmaceutical, technology and toy sectors. I also assist clients from the luxury goods sector, helping them protect the image of their brands. I am also specialised in the legal protection of plant species.

I have participated in large proceedings involving the protection of trademarks and industrial designs across multiple jurisdictions.

I advise on complex, multifaceted proceedings involving trademark registrations, and assist clients in litigation and proceedings pending before the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO.

I also work with transaction teams on IP due diligence projects.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience at a renowned Polish law firm and boutique law firms.
