I have extensive experience from cross-border transactions as well as designing, negotiating and managing complex contracts and relationships in the IT & software, rail, automotive, infrastructure, manufacturing, distribution, sourcing and wood industries.

Having been a management consultant with UK firm PA Consulting Group, I understand the business perspective and excel at breaking down complex issues and managing stakeholders. I am certified as both a PRINCE2 and SAFe Agilist project manager.

Through all phases of managing their business cases and relationships, I support my clients with legal expertise, structurised momentum and flexibility.
