About Me
I am a German and European patent attorney with in-depth knowledge of engineering, physics, electronics, and computer-implemented inventions. I work as an associate for our international Intellectual Property Group in Hamburg and Munich.
My work includes advising on German and European patent law, including drafting of patent applications, prosecution and opposition proceedings at the European Patent Office and the German Patent and Trade Mark Office as well as nullity proceedings at the German Federal Patent Court. I also advise on infringement proceedings before German patent infringement courts and provide opinions on patentability and infringement.My main technical focus is on engineering, physics, and computer-implemented inventions, including computer technology, software, and artificial intelligence.
Experience
- Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a patent attorney at several renowned patent law firms in Munich. There, I advised national and international clients in the fields of engineering, automotive engineering, electrical engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence and cryptography.

- I qualified with a M.Sc. in Meteorology at Freie Universität Berlin. I completed my training as a patent attorney at a renowned patent law firm in Munich as well as at the German Patent and Trademark Office and the Federal Patent Court in Munich.
