I am an Associate in the Privacy & Data Protection team.

I have been advising clients since 2018, specialising in privacy and data protection, working concurrently in the Polish and German teams which allows me to look at international businesses from a broader perspective and expertly tailor clients' solutions to numerous legal requirements.

I have participated in numerous GDPR implementation projects, compliance audits of businesses and their systems, provided opinions on innovative data processing solutions, assisted in adjustment of parties to cookie information requirements, drafted and given opinions on agreements, and delivered trainings and speeches. I have supported and participated in proceedings before the Data Protection Authority and administrative courts involving penalties imposed as a result of a pre-empted inspection and personal data leak via a website without a legal basis by a central government agency, as well as overturning a penalty imposed on an e-commerce company following a customer data leak after a hacking attack.

I also coordinated data protection projects in over a dozen jurisdictions, provided advice to, i.a., a cloud service provider, an international technological company, marketing agencies, and courier companies, as well as companies from the energy sector and e-commerce companies.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience in several medium-sized Warsaw law firms providing advisory services to German clients in Poland, a leading Polish law firm specialising in privacy and data protection and in one of the "Big Four" companies.
