Julie Broch

I am an Assistant Attorney in the Dispute Resolution department, where I primarily assist with litigation and arbitration proceedings.

In addition, I am part of the Employment Law team, where I advise both Danish and international clients — including companies and employees — on a wide range of employment and labour law matters. Previously, I held day-to-day responsibility for CA Advokathjælp, a legal hotline for employees, which provided me with substantial insight into individual employment law and the practical challenges employees face.

Having also worked at the Confederation of Danish Industry. I have developed a strong operational understanding of the legal and HR-related challenges employers encounter in daily practice.

This dual experience enables me to provide pragmatic and balanced advice in employment-related disputes. I understand the commercial drivers behind employer decisions, while also being well-equipped to identify and address potential infringements of employee rights.

I believe that sound legal counsel stems from a clear understanding of both parties' perspectives and the ability to translate that insight into practical, solution-oriented advice.
