Julia Bellinger

I am an associate in our International HR Services team in Düsseldorf, where I provide our domestic and international clients with advice on all aspects of individual and collective employment law.

I advise clients on individual contractual problems, such as those arising in the drafting of employment contracts, in separation proceedings or in the case of temporary employment.

In addition to advising on various individual law matters, my practice also includes collective law aspects such as co-determination and corporate co-determination. In addition, I advise clients on employment law restructurings.

Before joining our firm, I was able to gain experience as a research assistant in the field of employment law in two international business law firms. I completed my legal training in Duisburg. During this time, I worked, among others, at the Consulate General in Thessaloniki and in the employment law practice of an international business law firm in Cologne.
