I am a Senior Associate in our Greater China Employment team based in Hong Kong. I have over 6 years of experience in advising employers across different sectors on a wide range of employment legal and regulatory issues including large scale restructurings, terminations, data privacy, discrimination claims, investigations, restrictive covenants, incentive and retirement schemes, mobile workforce and secondment arrangements.
Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I have been advising both local and multinational clients in Hong Kong on cross-border employment and general commercial matters at an international law firm. This has put me in a unique position where I have been able to develop an in-depth knowledge of Hong Kong employment laws while advising clients in the most efficient and effective way.
