I am an Associate in our Corporate team based in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2014, specialising in commercial and civil law as well as mergers and acquisitions.

I have experience in establishing, transferring, merging and demerging companies, and in providing businesses with ongoing corporate services. I have taken part in numerous due diligence audits and prepare transaction documents.

I advise clients, including IT and e-commerce companies, on copyright and data protection laws.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience in several renowned Polish law firms.
