Ioana Hategan

As an associate in our Munich office, I advise and represent our clients in the field of intellectual property, with a focus on patent infringement proceedings.

I completed my legal studies specialising in Private International Law at the University of Heidelberg. During my time at university and my legal traineeship at the Karlsruhe Higher Regional Court, I worked at the Institute for comparative law, conflict of laws, and international business law at the University of Heidelberg.
Before joining Bird & Bird in 2022, I practiced general litigation at an international law firm in Frankfurt.
