Henry Nicolai

As a specialist for employment law in our Hamburg office and a member of the Practice Group for International Employment Law, I advise on all areas of individual and collective employment law.

My practice covers the entire spectrum of day-to-day HR questions, including drafting employment contracts and advising on issues related to the dismissal of employees, as well as personnel leasing and use of external personnel. In addition, I advise on collective employment law issues, in particular aspects of collective bargaining agreements, as well as in the area of co-determination and dealing with works councils.

In addition to employment law, I regularly advise on immigration and social security issues with regard to business immigration. I regularly assist our clients' future employees in obtaining a residence and work permit and facilitate a smooth start in Germany.

My clients include well-known national and international companies as well as corporations, especially technology companies.
