I am an M&A and corporate lawyer with extensive and consolidated experience in advising domestic and international clients. My expertise spreads from pure domestic and cross border transactional work to assisting clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.

Throughout my career I have built significant expertise in the aviation sector, having assisted many industry players in dealing with aircraft leases, acquisitions, transfers, aircraft maintenance and financing, as well as with other specific industry agreements and M&A transactions in the aviation sector.

Currently, my client base is made up of industrial and technology companies, as well as financial institutions, operating in various sectors such as technology, food and beverages, chemical, pharmaceutical, luxury and media.

I believe that a truly proactive and strategic commercial approach, associated with legal skills gained in my over 20 years of legal experience, are often the key elements to get to the point and deliver the best deal to the client.

• Advising a leading European spirits company in the acquisition of a Franciacorta distillery's spirits and liqueurs business.
• Advising a US flavors and fragrances conglomerate in the acquisition of a majority stake of a leading producer of ice cream and gelato ingredients in Europe.
• Assisting an Italian leader small-calibre ammunition company in the sale of the majority stake of the operating subsidiary to a Private Equity Fund.
• Advising a Japan-based pharmaceutical group in the integration of its Italian businesses.
• Advising a consortium of four Italian banks on the acquisition of 198 branches from a leading Italian banking group for 2 Billion Euro.
• Advising former leisure air carrier in building its entire commercial aircrafts fleet.
• Advising a primary Italian helicopter company with several helicopters operating leases and commercial agreements.
