I'm a partner in our Hamburg office. I advise clients on commercial contracts and commercial disputes as well as product liability and product compliance matters.

A core part of my work focuses on supply chains in the automotive and manufacturing industries where I help clients navigate the challenges and disruptions they face in their long-term business relationships with customers and suppliers. This includes negotiating and drafting supply chain agreements, often in relation to high-tech products, as well as counseling on supply chain disputes and related litigation when necessary.

On the product liability and product compliance side, I advise on all aspects of traditional product liability law and its evolution in relation to digital technologies, particularly software and AI systems. My practice also encompasses product-related regulatory obligations, product safety law, and product crisis management, including the handling of multi-jurisdictional recalls and regulatory market surveillance activities. I also have broad experience in risk and compliance management, for example with respect to the assessment, design and implementation of compliance measures, policies and procedures.
