Elsa Tzschoppe, LL.M.

As an associate in our Munich office, I advise and represent our clients in IP matters including patent litigation as well as on the German Law on Employees' Inventions.

After my legal studies with a focus on IP law at the University of Augsburg and the University of Lyon (exchange year with a Master 1 in International Law), I completed my traineeship in 2016 by working for an IP firm in Munich and an international firm in Shanghai. There I gained practical experience in trademark and competition law advice and litigation.

Before joining our team in 2019, I completed a Master in IP law at Queen Mary University of London and worked at the European Patent Office within the Pan-European-Seal programme.
