I am a senior associate in Bird & Bird's Düsseldorf office specialising in cybersecurity and data protection law.
In the context of IT and cybersecurity, I have a particular focus on contractual issues and assist clients in the understanding as well as implementing of regulatory requirements and the handling of cybersecurity incidents. I have extensive experience preparing critical infrastructure operators and their service providers in the compliance of cybersecurity regulatory challenges.I have worked with clients across a range of industries, including digital infrastructure, telecommunications, healthcare, transport, food, automotive, and finance. I also regularly publish articles and speak at conferences on current topics in the fields of cybersecurity and data protection.
