About Me
As a partner and specialist lawyer for employment law in our Frankfurt office, I head our German Employment group and I am a member of our International HR Services groups.
With more than 20 years' experience advising national and multinational clients in IT, technology, engineering, automotive, banking and financial services on issues in collective and individual employment law, my areas of expertise include transaction-related employment law, the restructuring and reorganisation of companies, and co-determination issues.I also advise private equity companies and their portfolio companies on all aspects of employment law and on issues in relation to management and executive board members.
In addition to speaking on employment topics and writing for several publications on the subject, I am a member of the International Bar Association's Labour Law and Discrimination Committee, the European Employment Lawyers' Association, and the Employment Law working group of the German Lawyers' Association and the German Lawyers' Day Association.
Experience
- My client base includes various international software firms and companies in the life science sectors. In addition to providing them with ongoing advice on employment issues, I assist with restructuring, works council strategy and much more.
