About Me
I am a Senior Associate in our Dispute Resolution team in Warsaw. I specialise in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution, with a special focus on construction, corporate and insurance cases.
Although I recently joined Bird & Bird, I have been advising clients since 2014, specialising in complex commercial, corporate and collective disputes. I am passionate about finding the best legal and business solutions for corporate clients engaged in civil and administrative proceedings, and can deliver results for legal representation before commercial and administrative courts, as well as public administration bodies. I enjoy getting to know my client's business and expectations as part of my approach to win favourable judgements.Clients value my responsiveness, my attention to detail, and my ability to develop successful litigation strategies. In particular, I can meet all deadlines and budgets when negotiating and drafting contracts and settlements. I also offer professional legal representation during negotiations, mediation and arbitration proceedings having finished an intense training allowing me to act as a court mediator. Another area of my expertise and interest is corporate bonds and financial products.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience working for leading Polish and international law firms, and a real estate agency.
I defended my doctoral dissertation on corporate bonds. I have authored numerous publications on contractual liability and civil proceedings, and have also been a speaker at conferences and trainings on this topic.
