I am a senior associate with over 15 years experience in the area of IP law, its protection and commercial use, with a focus on trade mark-related issues.

I have been advising many international companies across different business sectors, particularly on trade mark and domain name related matters, and helping major Czech companies with their trade mark issues worldwide. I frequently advise on trade mark searches, filing strategies, opposition, cancellation and other proceedings before the Czech Industrial Property Office and EUIPO and on trade mark infringement and unfair competition. My expertise also covers litigation over trade marks and domain names, managing cross-border trade mark protection and advising on brand portfolios.

I am a team player and enjoy cooperating with my colleagues, as well as with other lawyers outside the firm. I attend different kinds of IP conferences and seminars where I can deepen my knowledge and share experience with other professionals so that I can provide the best advice to our clients.
