Danny Meidinger

As a lawyer within the Public Commercial Law practice group at the Munich office and as a member of the international Energy and Utilities sector group, I advise and represent clients on a national and international level in all matters of Public Commercial Law.

My legal activities focus on regulatory, energy, public procurement, and public construction law. In the context of public procurement law, I advise well-known national and international large-scale companies and public contracting authorities on complex and extensive project tenders. This is not limited to the award of supply and service contracts or framework agreements, including high-level IT tenders, but also includes concession law procurement procedures.

In addition, I have expertise in the fields of energy and construction law as well as planning approval law and also advise on official approval proceedings. In this context, I have already been involved in numerous projects in and out of court. In particular, I provide legal support to one of Germany's largest transmission system operators.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained valuable professional experience as a lawyer in a renowned German law firm.
