I am an associate in the Corporate team in Ireland where I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and shareholder matters across a diverse range of industries, including the technology, life sciences and healthcare, energy, and financial services sectors.

I also provide support and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters. My experience includes advising Irish and international clients looking to establish operations in Ireland, in particular those businesses seeking to disrupt an existing market by the use of innovative technology.

I have previously worked for both an Irish commercial law firm and another international law firm based in Dublin where I advised Irish businesses expanding overseas and international players investing in and through Ireland.

• Advised on numerous investments by Enterprise Ireland, involving negotiation of investment and share subscription agreements, into client companies from the technology, retail, augmented reality, and healthcare sectors.
• Advised an accountancy partnership on the transfer of its business into a corporate structure and the subsequent inward investment by an international professional services group.
• Acted for a timber frame construction business on its sale to an Irish housing construction group.
