About Me

I am an associate in the Corporate team in Ireland where I advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-organisations and shareholder matters across a diverse range of industries, including the technology, life sciences and healthcare, energy, and financial services sectors.

I also provide support and guidance on corporate governance, compliance, and commercial matters. My experience includes advising Irish and international clients looking to establish operations in Ireland, in particular those businesses seeking to disrupt an existing market by the use of innovative technology.

Clients describe me as calm, composed, and effective, especially during difficult or contentious matters and I enjoy working closely with clients to help them to achieve their personal and business goals. They can rely on me to provide clear and concise advice and to adopt a pragmatic approach to ensure their transactions complete in an efficient and timely manner. Working alongside clients throughout the full corporate lifecycle, I have gained a keen understanding of their operational and business needs and what is required from me to achieve the best outcome for them.

I have previously worked for both an Irish commercial law firm and another international law firm based in Dublin where I advised Irish businesses expanding overseas and international players investing in and through Ireland.
