International law firm Bird & Bird Ireland has advised on the sale of Irish suspension specialist Timoney Dynamic Solutions Ltd to Kessler & Co, a manufacturer of driveline components and systems for heavy-duty vehicles. Timoney contributes extensive system knowledge and decades of experience in vehicle dynamics, independent suspension design, and modular mobility platforms.
