Dan Fara

I am an associate in our Privacy and Data Protection Group, based in London. I advise UK and international clients across a variety of sectors on a wide range of data protection and e-Privacy issues.

My work covers a wide range of data protection law aspects, including advising on the implementation of new technologies, direct marketing, data subject rights, transparency obligations and international data transfers.

I assist a broad range of clients, focusing on the technology industry. I do so by using my experience of working as part of an in-house team and understanding client issues by providing clear and practical advice.

Prior to joining our firm, I worked in the UK public sector and for a top US technology company as part of their in-house department.
