I am a senior associate in the Bird & Bird's Commercial and Privacy & Data Protection department in the Madrid office.

I have over 10 years of experience, working with both individual clients and a wide variety of national and international companies providing legal advice on new technologies, commercial, e-commerce, privacy and data protection matters.

My professional practice focuses on advising clients from the Media, Retail and Consumers, Banking, Pharmaceutical and Technology sectors.

I love helping clients solve their problems without losing sight of their business needs.

At the beginning of my career I worked in the area of insolvency law, which gave me a global vision of the needs and difficulties that companies face on a daily basis, not only from a commercial point of view, but also from a labour, regulatory, tax, etc. point of view. This vision has definitely allowed me to address the needs of my clients, not in isolation, but contextualised and connected to the functioning of the company as a whole.

Subsequently, I decided to specialise in the area of new technologies and have developed my career in this field ever since.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked both in national and international law firms where I acquired extensive experience not only in new technologies and privacy law, but also in commercial and procedural law.
