About Me

Working as a bilingual associate in our International HR Services Group, I assist our clients with all issues in labour relations, both in an advisory capacity and acting in litigation.

I specialise in advising on all aspects of French employment law, with the ambition of making the ever changing legislation easy to grasp for local and international companies.

I advise companies in both individual employee matters (with covers the beginning of the employment relationship via drafting employment contracts, to the end of the relationship by assisting throughout termination processes, settlement negotiations etc.) and collective employee matters (social security audits, working time regulations, annual negotiations, elections etc.) I also have experience in conducting training for human resources and represent companies before all types of courts in France for employment-related litigation.

My aim is to ensure that our clients benefit from thorough and practical legal advice to implement their projects strategically and efficiently, with full understanding of potential exposure.

I am proud to be a part of Bird & Bird's International HR Services Group as we are able to deal with cross-border issues as one team, determine global strategies and offer our clients a complete overview to implement their projects, especially in restructuring matters. All our cases are unique and we are able to adapt and offer innovative solutions to reach a common goal.

I have dual-citizenship (French and British) which has given me a multicultural background and good understanding of international HR needs.
