I am an Associate in Data Protection and Privacy practice.

I have been advising clients since 2018, specialising in data protection matters for clients from various sectors, focusing on IT and new technologies, insurance, financial, e-commerce, real property, HR and TSL.

I assist clients with their day-to-day data protection needs, manage audits and implement projects. I prepare data protection documentation, conduct risk analyses and handle data protection breaches.

I participate in proceedings before the President of the Data Protection Authority involving violations of personal data protection, as well as data subject requests for exercising rights under the GDPR.

I handle numerous complex international projects for Polish and international clients, which require understanding and meeting clients' business needs, ensuring that the solutions implemented comply with the applicable law.

I also deliver trainings for data protection officers, HR teams and employees.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience in several law firms and a consulting company, specialising in data protection and information security.
