Anna Mikhalkovich

I am an associate in our international Corporate Group in London. I advise clients on a range of corporate transactions, with experience in private M&A transactions, venture capital, private equity investments, and corporate re-organisations.

I work with clients across a number of Bird & Bird's sectors, including Technology & Communications and Media, Entertainment and Sports. I also have a particular interest in the Retail & Consumer sector and I am part of the Corporate Retail & Consumer group.

I enjoy working on matters with a cross-border element as this allows for a collaborative approach with colleagues in our Bird & Bird offices worldwide. My Russian language skills also allow me to assist with complex cross-border transactions.

I qualified as a solicitor in August 2022, having trained with Bird & Bird and completed seats in corporate, finance, corporate tax and dispute resolution.
