Anika Talukder

I am a lawyer in our Dispute Resolution Group in Sydney, specialising in commercial disputes and litigation.

Since joining Bird & Bird, I have assisted with large-scale, complex commercial disputes, in various Courts and jurisdictions throughout Australia, including several years prior to my admission as a lawyer.

In the course of my career, the matters I have worked on include contractual and commercial disputes, internal investigations, technology, media and intellectual property disputes. In my time at Bird & Bird, I have worked on a variety of types of work including, litigious and non-litigious matters, urgent interlocutory relief, general interlocutory applications, and advisory work.
