About Me
I am an associate in our international corporate group in London. I have experience advising on corporate transactions, including in equity capital markets, and public and private M&A transactions.
I have acted for a broad range of clients including listed companies, investment banks, and brokers. Much of my work is focused on Bird & Bird's Energy & Utilities sector, specifically in mining, which involves an international scope.I qualified as a solicitor in August 2023, having trained at the firm and worked in our corporate, commercial, employment and dispute resolution groups. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked at FTSE 100 mining company, which provides me with an enhanced understanding of the issues that our mining clients face on a day-to-day basis. I am also an active volunteer for Women In Mining UK.
