Amanda Appelberg

As an associate in our Corporate practice group in Stockholm, I advise our national and international clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions and other matters relating to corporate law.

I have a Master of Law degree from Uppsala University. I joined Bird & Bird in 2023 having been attracted to the firm's international focus and sectoral expertise. As an associate I advise our clients on a wide range of corporate law matters.

During my studies, prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked at another Stockholm based law firm on a wide range of matters relating to business law, and as a law clerk at the Administrative Court in Stockholm.
