As an associate in our Commercial and Data Protection team based in Düsseldorf, I advise clients on IT and data protection matters. I am also a member of our Technology and Communications sector group.

I assist our clients in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex IT-related contracts. Additionally, I provide guidance on software and software licensing issues, particularly with regard to compliance and compatibility questions related to open-source software. More generally, I advise businesses on the challenges they face in the digital sector, including by ensuring their compliance with German and European regulatory requirements, especially concerning data, artificial intelligence, cyber and IT security and other issues of the digital transformation.

As a lawyer admitted to the Paris Bar Association and member of the Düsseldorf Bar Association, I am well-equipped to assist clients in navigating legal challenges across different jurisdictions, in particular with regard to national and international privacy issues related to the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the EU's data legislations.
