I am a Junior Associate in the Intellectual Property team in Warsaw.

I have been advising clients since 2018, specialising in intellectual property law as well as new technologies, data protection and consumer law.

I have experience in handling marketing and e-commerce matters and advise clients on legal aspects of permitted advertising, influencer marketing campaigns, use of dark patterns in the interfaces of online shops, correct drafting of the terms and conditions of subscription, and displaying prices in online and traditional shops.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained my professional experience at leading law firms, including a law firm affiliated with an international audit and consultancy firm.
