As an experienced employment lawyer skilled in litigation, I lead our Singapore Employment practice, which encompasses the full range of employment issues, including HR regulatory and compliance matters.

I often represent our clients in employment disputes and bring a methodical approach and pragmatic advice to every case. Among other matters, I advise our corporate clients on employee issues arising from business restructuring and mergers & acquisitions, including employment due diligence.

In addition, I advise on managing employee terminations, particularly complex exit negotiations, as well as employment contracts, executive compensation and benefits, workplace policies, employee relations, workplace grievances and investigations, ethics and compliance, safety and health, and work injury claims.

I am also able to advise on the protection of employer trade secrets and confidential information, HR personal data protection, industrial relations and collective bargaining, and global mobility and immigration.

My practice covers Singapore as well as cross-border work across our region, with a particular focus on the ASEAN markets. I am also experienced in managing large-scale and complex regional restructuring and integration projects.

I am an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore and an accredited mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre. I am also a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators.
