I am a partner whose practice is divided into two complementary areas: commercial contracts in the media, entertainment and sports sector and consumer law.

First, I advise on a variety of commercial contracts, with a strong focus on the media, entertainment and sports sector. I have many years of experience in advising sports rights holders on sponsorship agreements, data and content licence agreements, brand licence agreements, staging agreements, agency agreements and media rights agreements.

Secondly, I specialise in consumer law (the law in relation to business-to-consumer contracts) and advise clients from a variety of the firm's sector groups both on a wide range of business-to-consumer contracts and on how to comply with the regulatory requirements imposed by consumer law.
