As an associate in the Finance & Financial Regulation practice group I advise national and international clients on banking regulatory issues and financing law.

In my day-to-day advice, a focus of my work is on regulatory issues of credit institutions, financial service providers, payment service providers and e-money institutions with an emphasis on the interaction of regulation and digitalisation.

A further focus of my advice is project financing - in particular asset financing of renewable energies - as well as all questions of insolvency law and international private law.
During my studies at the Goethe University Frankfurt I worked for six years as a student and research assistant in the practice group. The stages of my legal clerkship at the Frankfurt District Court then led me, among others, to the banking supervisory law practice of a Magic Circle law firm, as well as to the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (Settlement Department) and to the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations in Vienna.
