As a senior associate in our commercial and automotive teams in Munich, I work on commercial and contractual matters with major clients from the automotive supply industry.

Specialising in contract and product liability law, I represent clients in upstream and downstream supply chain matters, including warranty, termination, supply, price increase and cost recovery disputes. My practice further includes negotiating, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements such as purchase and warranty agreements and general purchase terms and conditions. I have a particular focus on disputes in relation to global recall and field actions and the recourse along the supply chain.

I am almost exclusively dedicated to automotive matters (only on behalf of suppliers) and regularly hold seminars on current legal topics for automotive suppliers.

Before joining our firm, I worked in product liability litigation and product safety regulation as an associate at an international law firm in Frankfurt.
