My employment law experience includes negotiating service agreements and executive severances, advising on the protection of confidential information and enforcement of restrictive covenants, and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. In addition, I advise on TUPE issues in outsourcings (in the public and private sector) and business transfers, on individual and collective redundancy exercises, and on employment tribunal litigation for a variety of claims.I also assist clients with a variety of business immigration work and am, therefore, uniquely placed to advise clients on end-to-end global mobility mandates. I advise on the full range of issues under the Points-Based System as well other business immigration work issues including immigration warranties, costs agreements, compliance and tribunal litigation. I have also presented immigration briefings and tailored immigration training on the Points-Based System and have written widely published articles on business immigration.Over the years, I've advised clients in the telecoms, IT, retail and aviation sectors as well as Hollywood stars and other high-profile individuals. I have a particular interest in the cross-over between employment/immigration law and sports law and regularly work with our Sports Group to advise sports personalities, sports governing bodies and tournament organisers (in both traditional and esports) on a wide variety of HR issues.
