I am a senior associate in our International HR Services Group in London. As a specialist employment and immigration lawyer I advise on the full spectrum of HR and global mobility issues to support our clients' talent and people strategies internationally.

My employment law experience includes negotiating service agreements and executive severances, advising on the protection of confidential information and enforcement of restrictive covenants and advising on the employment aspects of corporate and commercial transactions. In addition I advise on TUPE issues in outsourcings (in the public and private sector) and business transfers, advising on individual and collective redundancy exercises and conducting employment tribunal litigation for a variety of claims.

I also assist clients with a variety of business immigration work and am, therefore, uniquely placed to advise clients on end-to-end global mobility mandates. I advise on the full range of issues under Points-Based System as well other business immigration work issues including immigration warranties, costs agreements, compliance and tribunal litigation.

Over the years, I've advised clients from telecoms and IT all the way to Hollywood stars, sports personalities, sports governing bodies and other high profile individuals. I have also presented immigration briefings and tailored immigration training on the Points-Based System and have written widely-published articles on business immigration.
