Franziska Fiedler

As an associate in our Frankfurt office and a member of our German Employment and International HR Services Groups, I advise in all areas of individual and collective employment law, especially in the field of company pension schemes.

I am an employment law specialist with considerable experience in transaction-related employment law and company pension schemes, as well as in the drafting of service agreements, employment contracts and other employment documentation. I regularly assist clients with structuring bonus and incentive schemes and give advice on matters concerning global mobility, in particular with regard to social security aspects and work permits.

Before joining the team in Frankfurt, I worked for several leading international law firms and have been part of the employment team led by Dr. Barbara Geck since January 2013. Outside my practice, I regularly publish on employment-related topics.
