I have been a lawyer for my entire career and passionately practise employment law, supporting clients in solving and managing any HR issue they meet. I work closely with their HR function and I am always sensitive to the clients' business expectations and needs.In particular, I advise domestic and international companies in their day-to-day HR management and on any issue involving the relationship with their employees, top managers and self-employed contractors. I also provide them with the necessary legal support to face any extraordinary events affecting the company and those that may impact the workforce (e.g. reorganisation , mass redundancy procedures, transfer of undertakings).In addition, I have accrued significant experience in employment litigation, labour relations and agency contracts. I also have extensive knowledge in data protection law and its application within the employment relationship, with a specific focus on issues relating to the monitoring of working activity, as well as in the protection of trade secrets and confidential information within the employment relationship.I am co-author of 'Privacy and Employment Relationship' and several other publications on employment law and speak at seminars concerning employment law.
