Anna specialises in intellectual property and contracts.
Anna is an associate based in our Helsinki office, specialising in intellectual property (IP) and contractual law. Anna advises on a broad range of IP-related issues, including research and development as well as IP contracts, transfers and licensing.
Before joining us, Anna worked for Academic Engineers and Architects in Finland (TEK) advising in employment law, contractual matters and IP. She has worked for the Association of Finnish Non-Fiction Writers advising on copyright and contracts in particular.
Thanks to her versatile work experience, Anna has hands on experience in the publishing sector and collective management, as well as working with independent consultants and small start-up companies advising in the transfer of technology and licensing matters. She has published articles and regularly lectures on copyright law.
Anna was educated at the University of Helsinki (LL.M.). In addition, Anna also studied at the Tallinn University of Technology and Stockholm University. She is currently pursuing studies in intellectual property law at the Hanken School of Economics. Anna is a member of the Finnish Association for Industrial Property Rights and the Finnish IT Law Association, Finnish Fashion Law Association and the Finnish Copyright Society.
