Having exceeded 200 million euros in sales by 2023 and tripled in size over the past five years, the consulting group specialized in operational excellence now intends to pursue its international expansion and continue developing its digital tools.
Already a part of EFESO's capital since 2019 as principal shareholder, Eurazeo now wishes to reinvest in the company via its new fund, this time with Towerbrook Capital Partners as major co-shareholder, along with the management.
