As a member of the Corporate team in our Paris office, I advise French and international companies, investment funds and managers on a variety of transactions (acquisitions, mergers LBOs and venture capital operations) involving listed or unlisted companies.

I advise clients across a broad range of sectors, on all levels of their business life cycle, from start-up and initial investments to growth activities, and eventual exit.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked in the corporate department of a French law firm.
