The International Capital Markets team launches the 2021 annual review highlighting deals from across the Bird & Bird offices. The markets we are active in saw consistent deal flow in 2021 in sectors including technology, life sciences, energy and natural resources, and retail and consumer.
The Bird & Bird team supported clients across Asia Pacific in relation to the Australian Securities Exchange, Singapore Stock Exchange (incl. Catalist Board- Singapore Exchange) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as working on transactions across Europe including the Aim & Main Market- London Stock Exchange, Euronext Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, and Oslo, Borsa Italiana, Nasdaq First North Growth Market- Finland, Budapest Stock Exchange, and the International Stock Exchange. Clients appreciated the team’s experience working with companies looking to fundraise cross border. Once again, we had a healthy mix of advising issuers as well as the firm’s network of financial advisors, investment banks, and brokers.
