International law firm Bird & Bird represented Swedish SaaS company FlowBox on its strategic acquisition of Danish influencer marketing platform Dreaminfluence. This transaction marks a significant milestone for FlowBox, pushing the company past 1,000 customers across Europe and bringing its annual recurring revenue (ARR) close to €9 million.
Founded in 2018, Dreaminfluence has built a leading influencer marketing platform used by more than 200 companies, including Estée Lauder, Mondelēz, and DK Company. The acquisition aligns with FlowBox's international growth strategy and follows its merger with Spanish company Photoslurp.
Post-acquisition, FlowBox now serves more than 1,000 customers, reports close to €9M in ARR, and employs over 60 people across offices in Stockholm, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen. The acquisition further strengthens FlowBox's position as Europe's leading UGC platform, expanding its offering to meet the needs of the fast-growing UGC creator market.
